Your view on what's happening in Ogden Valley, plus advice from our own Ben Lomoose.

Write a letter

Speak up about roads, growth, Pineview, schools, events, or anything else that matters to the Valley.

Your full name and town are required. They're printed with your letter. We don't run anonymous letters or pen names.
Your email stays private. We use it only to confirm you wrote the letter.
Keep it to about 250 words, one letter a month.

Got a Valley problem? Ben Lomoose gives friendly, funny advice.

Sign off with a fun name, like Stuck Behind the Flock in Eden. That's all anyone sees.
We still need your real name and email, but only we see them.

How letters are chosen

The editor chooses which letters run and may shorten them for length. We don't change what you mean.
Before your first letter runs, we email you to confirm you wrote it.
No personal attacks, name-calling, or claims about a person that aren't true. Letters like that don't run.
Talk about decisions and ideas, not people's private lives.
Letters show the writer's own views, not the views of Ogden Valley Info & Events.
Phone numbers and street addresses are never printed.
